The little village of Belgodère in the Balagne region sits on the slopes of a hill near the coast. The crag of the hill is crowned by a 13th-century castle. Traveling farther inland by car, visitors will reach the Forêt de Tartagine (1u vanaf Belgodère), one of the finest forests in Corsica.
